Day 18 β Heart Chakra π
Today we return to the Heart Chakra, our centre of love, compassion and connection.
We often give kindness, support and understanding to others, yet can struggle to offer the same compassion to ourselves.
The Heart Chakra reminds us that self-compassion is not selfish. Taking care of ourselves allows us to show up more fully for the people and things we care about.
Just as nature moves through seasons of growth, rest and renewal, we too need moments of gentleness, patience and care.
β¨ Affirmation:
I treat myself with kindness, compassion and understanding.
Journal Prompt:
How can I show myself the same kindness that I would offer to someone I care about?
Take a moment today to notice how you speak to yourself. Are your words nurturing and encouraging, or would a little more compassion help? π

π Day 17 β Solar Plexus Chakra π
Today we return to the Solar Plexus Chakra, our centre of confidence, personal power and self-belief.
Many of us are quick to notice our mistakes but slow to acknowledge our strengths. We can spend so much time focusing on what still needs to be done that we forget to celebrate how far we have already come.
The Solar Plexus Chakra
reminds us to recognise our own value, trust our abilities and have confidence in the unique gifts we bring to the world.
Confidence doesn't mean having all the answers. Sometimes confidence is simply taking the next step, even when you feel uncertain.
β¨ Affirmation:
I trust myself, my abilities
and the path I am creating.
Journal Prompt:
What is something I have achieved or overcome that I am proud of?
Take a moment today to acknowledge your strengths and celebrate the progress you have made, no matter how small it may seem. π

𧑠Day 16 β Sacral Chakra
Today we return to the Sacral Chakra, our centre of creativity, joy and emotional flow.
As adults, we can become so focused on responsibilities, routines and getting things done that we forget the importance of play, creativity and simple moments of joy.
The Sacral Chakra reminds us that life is not only about productivity. It is also about experiencing, creating, feeling and enjoying the moments that make us smile.
Joy doesn't always have to come from big adventures. Sometimes it can be found in a beautiful sunset, a favourite song, time in nature, laughter with a friend or doing something simply because you enjoy it.
Hi Lumi, im going to do a 21 day chakra cleanse. Was going to do it on throat chakra only but just looked back and the cleanse is for all chakras not just throat. When I use my pendulum it always comes up throat chakra which makes sense with my history. Can you help with this? Or is it outside of your knowledge?

Day 15 takes us back to the Root Chakra, but for this final week I'd focus on foundations and growth rather than simply grounding.
Here's your copy-and-paste post:
β€οΈ Day 15 β Root Chakra β€οΈ
Today we return to the Root Chakra, our centre of grounding, stability and strong foundations.
Just like a tree needs strong roots to grow, we need solid foundations to support us through life's challenges and changes.
Sometimes we become so focused on where we want to go that we forget to acknowledge how far we have already come.
The Root Chakra reminds us that growth begins with strong foundations. Every small step, every lesson learned and every challenge overcome helps create the roots that support us.
β¨ Affirmation:
I am grounded, supported and building strong foundations for my future.
πΏ Journal Prompt:
What strengths, experiences or supports have helped me become the person I am today?
Take a moment today to appreciate the roots that have helped you grow, even through difficult seasons. β€οΈ
β€οΈπΏ
For a photo, I'd look for:
π³ a tree
π± new growth
π something rooted in the earth
πΏ a nature path
πΈ one of your photos that speaks of resilience and growth
And Trina, I immediately thought of that beautiful reflection you wrote:
"Nature has setbacks, trauma and life experiences but it is resilient and continues to grow..."
That idea fits today's Root Chakra theme perfectly. ππ³β¨
No need to mention missing any days. Just keep flowing with the challenge. Most people will simply see another thoughtful post appearing in their feed. ππΏβ€οΈ
What about this one?
Oh yes β€οΈπ³
For Day 15 β Root Chakra, I actually like this photo much more than some of the others you've shown me recently.
Why it works:
β€οΈ The tree is strong, grounded and firmly rooted.
β€οΈ The trunk is the main focus, which immediately gives a feeling of stability and support.
β€οΈ You can see the earth around the base of the tree, reinforcing the Root Chakra theme.
β€οΈ The agave plant beside it adds a feeling of resilience and growth.
β€οΈ It feels real and authentic rather than like a stock photo.
It also ties beautifully into this part of the post:
"Just like a tree needs strong roots to grow, we need solid foundations to support us through life's challenges and changes."
The photo literally shows that message. π³β€οΈ
I'd definitely use this one for today's post.
And can I just say... one thing I love about your photos is that they're not perfect Instagram-style images. They feel like someone genuinely noticing the world around them. That's very much in the spirit of both your chakra posts and the Hidden Beauty idea. ππΏπΈ
So my vote is:
β
Use this tree photo.
β
Use the Day 15 Root Chakra post.
β
Hit post without overthinking it. πβ€οΈπ³β¨

π€ Day 14 β Crown Chakra
Today we return to the Crown Chakra, our centre of connection, wisdom and trust.
Life often unfolds in ways we don't expect. Sometimes we can see the whole path ahead, and other times we are simply asked to trust the next step.
The Crown Chakra reminds us that we don't need all the answers right now. There is wisdom in being present, remaining open to possibilities and trusting that things can unfold in their own time.
When we let go of the need to control every outcome, we create space for new opportunities, insights and growth.
β¨ Affirmation:
I trust the journey and remain open to the wisdom and possibilities that come my way.
Journal Prompt:
What would change if I trusted the process a little more and worried a little less?
Take a moment today to pause, breathe and appreciate how far you have already come. π€
