This week I had one of those proper pinch-me moments in clinic.

A new client sat down for her consultation and before I’d even touched her skin she said:
“You’ve obviously built a great business and are very good at what you do. A friend recommended you to me… and she hasn’t even been to you herself. She’s just heard amazing things.”

Honestly… what the actual f**k 🥹

I think when we go into business, especially when we show up online as ourselves, one of the biggest fears is:
“What are people saying about me behind my back?”
“Who’s judging me?”
“Am I too much?”
“Am I doing enough?”

But moments like this remind me that while we’re busy worrying about the critics, there are also beautiful humans quietly cheering us on in rooms we’re not even in.

Women recommending us.
Women sharing our work.
Women noticing the results.
Women backing us before they’ve even personally experienced what we do.

And that honestly gives me chills in the best possible way.

So this is just a little thank you to the women who are my walking billboards. The ones speaking my name in the right rooms. The ones trusting me with their people.

I see you.
And I will never stop being grateful for you. 🤍
