I’m a yoga teacher and massage therapist born in Argentina, rooted in Perth since 2021.

My background is in gymnastics, dance and circus arts — disciplines that taught me how the body moves, how it holds, and how it speaks.

✨That physical curiosity has softened, over the years, into something deeper: a sensitivity to the body as a place of awareness, wisdom and care.

✨I believe how we move shapes how we feel and how we breathe shapes how we think. Our emotions live in the body — and conscious movement and intentional breath, practised regularly, are two of the most powerful tools we have. Not just to heal, but to prevent.

🤎This is the foundation of everything I do: preventive care for the whole person. Tending to the body and mind as a daily practice.

Through 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 & 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 I create soft rituals of care — grounded moments where touch becomes language, breath becomes guidance, and stillness reveals what we have forgotten to feel.

Every session is adapted to your body’s present needs. No performance. No pressure. Just honest, attentive care.

I am listening to you 🙌☺️ and that’s why I’ve created this 8-week program. It came naturally from our conversations that come up again and again.

Honestly…that’s the heart of this program.✨🤎

Handstands don’t just ask for strength…They ask for patience, repetition, and the willingness to come back, even when progress isn’t obvious.

That’s why this is an 8-week journey.

🤎Not to rush results, but to support consistency in a realistic, human way.
To give you time to build confidence in your body and in yourself.

This practice grows out of Yoga & Movement…Before going upside down, we learn how to feel grounded.
Before balancing, we learn how to feel supported.
Before “doing the thing”, we learn how to listen.

Some days you might kick up.
Some days you won’t.
Both are part of the practice.
