One of the main reasons I decided to invest in a Kangen K8 was my skin.

✨ My 7-Minute Fascia & Lymph Routine (Nightly Reset) ✨

I've been doing this simple 7-minute routine most evenings, and it's become one of my favourite ways to unwind, release tension, and prepare my body for recovery.

Fascia is the connective tissue network that surrounds and connects every muscle, organ, nerve, and blood vessel in the body. Healthy fascia is hydrated, supple, and able to glide freely. When it becomes dehydrated or restricted, we can feel stiff, sore, sluggish, and fatigued.

πŸ’§ Hydrated fascia moves better. That's one reason I'm passionate about drinking molecular hydrogen-rich water. Fascia relies on water to maintain its glide and elasticity. Hydration is foundational, and I personally aim to optimise it with hydrogen water throughout the day.

My nightly 7-minute sequence (1 minute each):

1️⃣ Dead Arms – Releases tension and encourages lymphatic flow.

2️⃣ Arms Up & Down – Promotes circulation through the upper body.

3️⃣ Body Waves – Mobilises the spine and fascia chains while improving posture.
