~ Remain upright for 4 hours.
~ No facials or dermal treatments for 2 weeks.
~ Avoid blood thinners, including alcohol, for 48 hrs. They will increase bruising.
~ Avoid exercise for up to 12hrs.
~ Don’t massage or apply pressure to the face for 48hrs.

If it is your first treatment in particular attending a follow up review at 2 weeks is highly recommended!
