A Key Step In Your Treatment Journey.

Medical aesthetics is most effective when it’s intentional.

And that is why your consultation is the most important first step.

Your consultation with me is personalised, educational, and pressure free.

You can expect:
* A detailed evaluation of your skin and facial structure.
* Discussion focusing on your goals, concerns, and expectations.
* Education regarding treatment options, timelines, and maintenance.
* Honest recommendations based on safety and outcomes.

If you’re considering a medical aesthetic treatment, the first step shouldn’t be a treatment. It should be a consultation.

Because when you understand your treatment and you’ve had time to let it sit, you’re empowered to make an informed decision.

I’ve updated my hours for 2026.

I’ll be back in clinic tomorrow and I just wanted to let you know I will be changing my work days up a little this year.

From mid January I’ll be taking appointments on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Looking at my calendar it really does seem to be becoming more important to appoint in advance.

So please jump online to see my availability and appoint.

I hope everyone has had a peaceful festive season and I look forward to seeing you all soon 😊

There’s a part of every patient appointment that I’ll never rush. No matter how full my appointment schedule is. It doesn’t involve treatment but it is a thing my patients often thank me for.

It’s simply Patient Education.

As a medical professional, I believe every appointment needs to start with a conversation, not just you telling me what you want and me doing it.

Here’s how I educate my patients.

Consult First: We sit down and talk about your goals, facial anatomy, and what treatment can (and can’t) do.

Anatomy Breakdown: I explain exactly why certain areas can (and cannot) be treated, what they do, and how this may affect results.

Realistic Expectations: We go over how long results take, how long they last, and what to expect after treatment.

Safety First: I talk about treatment parameters, possible complications, product placement, and answer all your questions — no rushing, no pressure.

Open Dialogue: Education doesn’t stop after your appointment. I’m always available for follow ups or if something doesn’t feel right.

My goal? You leave feeling confident, informed, and excited — not confused or anxious.

Because when you understand your treatment, you’re empowered to make an informed decision.

If you’d like an informative consultation, please appoint online 😊

Why some people develop expression lines sooner.

Whilst age is a factor, along with sun exposure, stress, lifestyle habits, and genetics it can’t be ignored that everyone’s pattern of expression will differ.
In other words, most of us will tend to default to one type of facial expression no matter what we’re doing and that has a huge impact of the development of expression lines.

The Smilers
You grin ALOT and sometimes squint simultaneously. If you’re a default grinner, expect to develop crow’s feet in the delicate skin around the eyes. Smiling can also contribute to creating more pronounced nasolabial folds also.

The Frowners
Even when you’re not upset, you’re simply concentrating, or even smiling your face tends to crumple into a frown.
Over the years, repeated frowning causes those vertical lines between the brows.

The Forehead Raises
Ever met someone who always looks surprised? I live with one of these people 😂
Forehead raising, or looking surprised, leads to horizontal creases across the forehead.

The bottom line. Repeated muscle contractions in the face leads to wrinkles.
I see expression lines develop earlier in some and later in others.

I’m available for a confidential consultation regarding minimally invasive and non invasion treatment options.
