How to Mix our 1UP GLOW XPRT Collagen + Superfood Powered Drink Mix
1. Just add drinking water , around 100 to 150ml only ( half of the bottle ) enough space to shake and to dissolve the powder.
- room temp water is enough.
- do not use hot or warm water ,some nutrients are sensitive in heat might lessen or lose the potency or its effect
- do not use too cold, it might not dissolve the powder immediately.

2. After shaking and dissolving the powder, add another 150 ml to complete the 1bottle ( 300ml ) drink.
