Dear beautiful future brides and those planning an upcoming wedding with us! 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨 When you are making an enquiry with us please take the time to provide the following information. This will help us provide you with a helpful response and make booking with us a smooth process.

✅ Include your chosen wedding date (eg. 10/11/24 or 10th November 2024). This way, we can instantly check our availability. If we're unavailable, we are happy to help you find a replacement artist that is available for your wedding!
✅ Let us know your "ready by" time. We will also inform you on the best time to start and finish hair and/or makeup services with us.
✅ How many clients require our service. Please list how many brides, bridesmaids and other guests require hair and/or makeup services with us for your special day. This will mean we can provide an accurate quote for you and inform you on how long services will take.
✅ Would you also like to book a trial before the day? This is something we strongly encourage brides to book as well as anyone else unsure about booking makeup and hair styling with us. We spend much longer with our clients for trials (usually 2hrs+). This way, we can discuss your look, further details, offer feedback, and make any needed adjustments.
✅ Provide your location/address for where you are planning on getting ready on the day! Yes, we usually work from our home studio in Tapping, but are very happy to travel, given we are available and it doesn't interrupt other bookings. This is helpful for our organisation and means we can let you know what your travel fee will come to. (All travel fees start from $30 and increase depending on driving distances exceeding 30km).

Now that we've mentioned what is helpful when enquiring with us, here's what unhelpful enquiries look like.

❌ "What's your prices?" With no follow-up information. Sorry but we require some further information as listed above to be able to give you an accurate quote.
❌ "Can you offer a discount/do this cheaper?" or "Do you do packages?" No. We will not provide you with a discount or bargain our prices with you as they are set prices. Just because you may have found another artist with lower rates, that doesn't mean we are going to price match to suit. We also do not offer packages. More clients = more work for us and more time!
❌ “I wasn't going to book with you but I couldn't find anybody else/Everyone else was unavailable.” It's okay if we weren't your first option, however this comes across as very disrespectful. Please be polite when making an inquiry and allow us to let our skills, expertise and service shine through.
❌ Booking a trial without also booking your wedding date. There is no point in visiting us for a trial if it turns out we already have bookings on your planned wedding date, or leave booking your wedding date until after the trial as other clients could steal your date! On this note, trials should not be treated as an opportunity to simply "shop around." We pride ourselves on our flexibility and our ability to both provide and take on your feedback. Please have an open mind and be sure to communicate your needs clearly with us.

Hi beautiful people! I have arrived safely at my destination ✈️☺️ will be spending most of my time here in Prague, so there is a 6 hour time difference.
