Such a special feeling being able to share the deeper side of beauty and the heart behind Beyond Beauty. After years as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I’ve seen just how connected the mind and body really are — and how things like weight, acne, stress, and confidence can often be linked to what’s happening internally.

Being able to share two things I truly love — beauty and mental health — on a national platform such as Spa & Clinic is honestly such an amazing feeling.

I used to think I was a bit crazy for challenging the norm… but here we are!

I guess it’s true what they say sometimes the “crazy ones” are the ones who end up shifting things 🙌
