And just like that, this is the number one inspiration for my next bridal trial 💃💃💃 Meghan proving that healthy and nurtured for skin glows much better than any "natural" Instagram style that includes contour and highlight strobes. This is natural, light and enhances the features correctly 👌👑💍

I've been exploring the A R T of mindfulness and thought to share a few items that I keep close to me:

🌵 The Book of Makeup published in 1930's and details theatrical makeup including contour and highlighting

If you saw my Instagram stories yesterday you'd have seen my personal skin restore treatment 🙌 This changing season means that what worked for your skin previously might not bring you the same results. The cool wind and heaters wreck havoc our skin and it's ability to produce the right amount of natural oils 💦
Here I used a salon grade mask of white clay powder and a cooling milk 🐄 at home I recommend a simple hydrating creme mask that is stored in the fridge for a similar gentle stimulating but soothing effect ❤️ Remember to always nurture and strengthen skin first 💪
