I don’t think it’s ever really been about the facial, the skincare or the beauty treatment.

I think it’s about creating little moments that remind you that you’re worth looking after.

the morning walk.
the gym session you almost skipped.
the nourishing meal.
the matcha.
the deep breath before the day begins.

the quiet room.
the warm bed.
the soft music.
the diffuser filling the space.
the fresh towels waiting.

it’s always the smallest rituals that seem to bring us back to ourselves.

maybe that’s why luscious beauty means so much to me.

I never wanted it to be somewhere women came just to leave with glowing skin or beautiful brows.

I wanted it to feel like a pause.

a place where life softens for a little while.
where your shoulders drop.
where your mind quietens.
where someone else takes care of you for a change.

because life moves so fast.

and I think every woman deserves a space that feels like a deep exhale 🤎

sometimes life changes everything without asking for permission.

the future I held onto so tightly suddenly disappeared, and I’m still trying to figure out who I am again in the middle of heartbreak, grief, confusion and exhaustion.

to be honest, this has been one of the hardest times of my life.

everything I thought my life was moving towards suddenly changed, and I’m trying to navigate a reality I never imagined for myself.

some days I feel okay for a moment.

other days it all hits me again.

but through everything, I’m trying.

trying to show up.

trying to keep moving forward.

trying to find my way through something I never wanted to walk through in the first place.

and somehow, luscious beauty has become a small part of that healing.

this new little space has quietly become more than just a salon to me. it’s become somewhere I can slowly rebuild. a place that gives me purpose, connection and routine on the days I need it most.

my clients probably don’t realise it, but the conversations, laughs, stories and moments shared here have helped carry me through more than they know.

some have offered a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, words of encouragement, or simply a safe space to be human on the days I’ve needed it most. your kindness, compassion and support during this time is something I’ll never forget.

for a little while, I get to step outside of my own thoughts and be present with some truly incredible people, and I’m so grateful for that.

it’s a reminder that even after life breaks your heart, beauty, softness, peace and new beginnings can still exist.

I’m trying to trust that sometimes heartbreak arrives to redirect us toward a life we never would have chosen for ourselves, but one that ends up being even better than the one we lost.

I don’t fully understand that yet.

but I’m holding onto the hope that one day I will.

and while I’m still healing, I also know I’ll be okay eventually. maybe not today. maybe not tomorrow. but one day.

I’m endlessly grateful for my family, friends, clients and everyone supporting both me and luscious beauty through this chapter.
