Due to an influx of no-shows and late cancellations, we have made the decision to impose a cancelation policy. A minimum of 6-hours is requested to cancel or reschedule, otherwise you will be charged 50% of your service payable at the next visit. We endeavour to create a professional and respectful environment and this policy will allow us to do so.
