Appointments are offered Monday to Saturday with availability outside of normal business hours. Where are we? 📍
We are located at 1/764 Canning Highway, Applecross, on the corner of Canning Highway and Riseley Street. The carpark can be accessed from Riseley Street.
We are upstairs on Level 1, there is a lift to assist you if you are unable to take the stairs.

Will I have exercises to do at home? 🧐
Maybe! Depending on your treatment, home exercises may be included to help you stay on track and get the most out of your sessions.
We know that life gets busy and sometimes those exercises mysteriously disappear from your memory ... 👀😂

Lucy has been part of the Applecross Physiotherapy team for over 10 years! She has completed her post-graduate qualification in pelvic floor physiotherapy, and also runs our group exercise classes.
She’s passionate about supporting people through all stages of life, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their bodies. From pregnancy to pelvic health concerns and beyond, Lucy values creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where people feel heard and cared for.
Lucy also loves helping people build strength and confidence through her small group exercise classes, designed for a range of ages and abilities 💪

Do I need a referral to see a physio? 🤔
The short answer: no! You can usually book in and see a physio directly without needing a GP referral.
There are a few exceptions where you might need one, such as:
✔ Medicare Care Plans (GP Chronic Condition Management Plan)
✔ WorkCover or motor vehicle accident claims
✔ Department of Veteran's Affairs cardholders
But for most people dealing with pain, injury, or just wanting to move better, you can book in anytime.
