To all our lovely clients. The most important goal during these uncertain times is your safely and the safety of our families and as such we want to keep you informed of what we are doing to prevent the possible spread of COVID-19:

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

• We only receive one client at a time. We don't have any staff - Ivy does all the treatments herself. If we or any member of our family feels unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
• All touched surfaces are sanitised, including but not limited to door handles, chairs, tools, floor before/after EVERY appointment.
• All used towels and gowns are hot washed after every treatment.
• Hand sanitisers are provided for your use.
• All magazines and reading material have been removed to prevent possible spread of the virus.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• If you feel unwell or been in contact with someone with cold or flu-like symptoms and have an appointment booked, as a precautionary measure, we ask that you please contact us to reschedule.
• If you have recently returned from abroad and your appointment is still within the 14 day isolation period, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
• There won’t be any charge for cancellation/rescheduling but please give us as much notice as possible.
• We ask all our clients to please wash or sanitise their hands upon entering and leaving the premises.
