These are just a few of the most memorable photos of times I have had since starting my business with Ph@tt

Every year we have our Ph@tt Ball, we have Mentors come from all over Australia , my first one was in November 2018

Wow now that was scary, you see I had never been to a ball, I had never even worn a dress for about 40 years!

Another first for me was getting all tizzed up, hair, nails, spray tan, wow it was so exciting

I was right out of my comfort zone, It was an amazing night, meeting other Mentors we normaly only chat to on line.

Every year we also have our SRC (Social Retailers Convention)

My first one was in Perth at the Hyatt Regency in Feb 2019 where I had to go up on stage to receive my Director 1 award which was incredible
Second time in a dress, a bit easier this time

November 2019 was my second Ph@tt Ball then in Feb of this year for my 2nd SRC I flew to Adelaide

What an amazing experience that was, so many incredible friendships made

We have a beautiful Ph@tt family where irreguardless of rank and team we are all equal, everyone goes out of their way to help each other

I really love being a Ph@tt Mentor, being able to share in my Mentees' weight loss journeys is a huge priveledge, it is such a great feeling being able to help someone change their life, some of my Mentees have become some of my best friends

I am very grateful 💕

Why is it that we always put our own health last?? 🤷🏼‍♀️

If one of our family members was tired, lacked energy, seemed low, sluggish, wasn’t eating well & just generally wasn’t feeling the best, we would go out of our way to make sure they felt better, no matter the cost. 👬👩‍👧‍👦👫👨‍👧‍👦👭

If our car was spluttering, blowing smoke out it’s exhaust, had trouble starting, had a knocking noise, had a leak, needed new tyres or sounded strange, we’d book it in for a service & if funds were tight, we’d still find a way to pay for it. 🚘

So why??? Why do we not make the effort to make sure we are living our healthiest life?? Why do we think we are not worth it?? 😳

Why do we make excuses as to why we can’t afford to make our own health a priority???
Let’s face it, if we are unwell & unable to look after & take care of our family....who will???? 🤔🤭😓

Is it not time to take back the control of our health??? 🙂🥰
