A little update from Julia 🤍
It’s been an eventful 12 weeks getting back into the swing of things since falling down some stairs requiring some minor knee surgery.
It’s been a bit of a challenge. Hobbled around Rottnest with family, keeping up with embarc and juggling life while trying to rest and recover.
Recovery has included, physio exercises to rebuild strength and mobility, started a course of NAD IV drips for energy and recovery support. Last but not least some down time with Ronnie (her 8 year old Chihuhaua).
Next up: starting the EMSELLA Chair to support pelvic floor strength, posture and overall health and well being.
