Christmas to me isn’t about the presents, time off over the holidays or filling my face with yummy food (although all this is wonderful)
it’s about closing up the year and reflecting. This year has been one of my most physical and mental challenging years in running my own business.
I really could not of got there with out all the love and support of my beautiful clients, family and friends. It’s the deep chats, teachings, love and laughter that keeps me loving what I do and showing up !!!
Next year I’m coming back stronger and better than before.
