Can I please address something that has upset me recently.

When you go to the mechanic you don't ask for it cheaper, when you go to the doctor you don't ask for it cheaper, when you go to the nail salon you don't ask for it cheaper. So why do brides ask for their wedding hair styling to be cheaper?

I understand the cost of living is getting out of hand but this is affecting me as a service provider also. Just the cost of petrol to travel to do weddings is sometimes costing me more than I am charging in travel.

I mean I could be sleeping in or going to brunch with my girlfriend's but instead I am up at 6am on a Sunday to travel out to do a bride's hair for one of the most special days of her life. Yet some ask for me to do it cheaper for them.

My price is my price. I provide a service for that price just like any other service provider. I am nowhere near the most expensive in the business nor am I the cheapest.

I care about what I do. I want to provide quality service to my customers but being asked to do it cheaper really hurts me.
