Castor Oil & The Amazing Benefits

I’ve recently stumbled across another fascinating video from Dr Barbara O’Neill on castor oil and its many uses.

Personally, I’ve been using hexane-free, cold-pressed, organic castor oil on my face for the last 3 months and my skin feels amazing. I’ve also been using castor oil heat packs at night and I’m feeling a lot less bloated.

There are some fantastic tips and tricks in this video that I found really interesting.
