In this podcast I’ll be opening up about my own mental health journey, ADHD, dyslexia, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people pleasing and the taboo topics many of us struggle with in silence.

I wanted to create a podcast for this space because I know what it feels like to smile on the outside while feeling like you’re slowly rotting on the inside, I want others to know they’re not alone in their mental health or burnout ❤️
