π Auriculotherapy (Ear Seeding)
Auriculotherapy, or Ear Seeding, is a gentle Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapy that stimulates specific acupoints on the ear to support the body's natural balance and wellbeing.
Tiny Vaccaria seeds or small metal beads are applied to selected ear points using medical tape.
You can gently press these points throughout the day for ongoing stimulation between treatments.
β¨ Ear seeding may help support:
β’ Allergies
β’ Digestive disorders (including Gastritis, GERD & IBS)
β’ Vertigo and dizziness
β’ Insomnia and poor sleep
β’ Acute and chronic pain
β’ Stress and anxiety
β’ Weight management
A simple, non-invasive therapy that can be used on its own or alongside acupuncture to support your health naturally.

Many people spend hours sitting at a desk, driving, or working from home. Over time, prolonged sitting can lead to stiffness, muscle tension, and persistent lower back discomfort. From a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, sitting for long periods may slow the circulation of Qi and Blood, allowing tension to build in the muscles and surrounding tissues. It may also place extra strain on the bladder and kidney meridian, which in TCM is closely associated with the health of the lower back.
TCM focuses on identifying the underlying pattern behind each person's symptoms rather than simply treating the painful area. Acupuncture may be used to promote circulation, relax tight muscles, and encourage the body's natural healing response. Depending on individual needs, treatment may also include massage, cupping, herbal medicine, or lifestyle advice.
Simple changes such as taking regular movement breaks, improving posture, stretching throughout the day, and maintaining gentle physical activity can also support recovery. Many people choose TCM as part of a comprehensive approach to managing ongoing back discomfort and improving daily function. Early intervention may help prevent minor stiffness from developing into more persistent pain.

We are often taught to keep moving, to push past discomfort and carry on.
Yet there is wisdom in the pause.
In the moments before we override what we feel, there is an opportunity to listen.
The body rarely whispers without reason.

Winter carries a quieter kind of wisdom.
An invitation to soften.
To pause.
To listen more closely.
Not everything needs to bloom all at once.

Winter has a way of drawing our attention inwards.
The pace softens, the mornings arrive slowly, and the body asks for something different than it does in the warmer months.
Sometimes support begins not with doing more, but with noticing what's already there.

You donβt need to stop everything to find stillness.
Even within movement, there can be calm.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is a time to restore and protect your energy.
Supporting the body gently through the colder months can help create balance from within.

Your body is a system of balance.
When one part shifts, everything else responds.
Restore the whole, not just the symptom.
