After taking the time I needed to fully recover my foot, I’m so grateful to be back feeling strong and ready for the year ahead. Being back in the treatment room last week truly reminded me how much I’ve missed it; felt so good to be doing what I love again.

Thank you to every client for your patience, support and understanding — it’s meant more than you know.

For me, it’s exploring the beautiful place we’re lucky enough to call home — Mornington — with my furry sidekick by my side.
