I absolutely love BBQs, getting together with friends and family, celebrating life events. BBQs can always be full of just heavy meat, bread, potato salads! Leaving me feeling so bloated. My go to plate to bring is one of my big loaded salads! Packed with absolutely everything your body needs! Cauliflower cooked in garlic, asparagus, avocado, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, onions, walnuts, spinach, rocket, delicious bocconcini, crumbled feta, dressed with lemon and a balsamic glaze! Mmmm felt so revived after eating this! 🤤 😋

~She let go
Without a thought or a word, she let go.
She let go of the fear.
She let go of the judgments.
She let go of the confluence of opinions swarming around her head.
She let go of the committee of indecision within her.
She let go of all the 'right' reasons.
Wholly and completely, without hesitation or worry, she just let go...
No one was around when it happened. There was no applause or congratulations. No one thanked her or praised her. No one noticed a thing. Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go.
There was no effort.
There was no struggle.
It wasn't good and it wasn't bad. It was what it was, and it is just that.
In the space of letting go, she let it all be.
A small smile came over her face. A light breeze blew through her. And the sun and the moon shone forevermore.~ 🙏❤️

I needed to take time to heal my soul and there is nothing more healing than a walk in nature, breathing in the fresh air, the wind blowing in the trees, the sound of the paddles hitting the water, the crunch of each step I take through the forest. The most spectacular part was looking above me to see thousands of bats restfully sleeping above me whilst I embrace the beauty of what nature has to offer. What an incredible experience that was!! 🦇 🌲
