My weight loss journey with Moana

This is me today 24th August 2021 @12.47pm.
I'm in hospital because of several issues do with my blood - I clot (stroke, blood clots in my right leg), I don't clot (excess blood loss during my periods). This time I had 3bgs of blood put into me and I'm about to get an iron transfusion.
On top of this we are in Covid-19 Stage 4 lockdown so my family can't come and see me.
It's so easy to get all depressed and feel sorry for myself (I did have a few tears this morning but I'm over that now - sooky lala).
