🤎 DO’S & DON’TS🤎

You’re a spray tan QUEEN or a first-timer, these TIPS will have you looking flawless, fierce, and fabulous!! Trust me, I got you xx

🤎 DO: Exfoliate & Shave Before Your Tan

THE number one rule!! Scrub, scrub and scrub some more at LEAST 24 hours before your tan to slough off dead skin cells and prep a smooth body. Think of it like the base coat; smooth skin = a flawless tan! Use the Naked Tan Body Exfoliator & Tan Remover Mitt to Exfoliate!

🤎 DON’T: Moisturise Right Before

Hold up on that lotion!! I know it’s tempting to hydrate, but any oils or lotions will block the tan from absorbing evenly and we don’t want any patchy spots, right? Moisturise the day before your tan and skip it on the day of your appointment. Trust me on this; any moisturiser on your skin will act like a barrier cream to your tan!

🤎 DO: Wear Loose Dark Clothing

Post tan you want to keep it comfy and cozy! Loose fitting clothing prevents any friction and dark colours stops any transfer from the tan. Think flowy dresses, oversized shirts or your fave comfy trackies!

🤎 DON’T: Get Wet!

For at least 4 hours after your spray tan avoid water at all costs. No sweaty gym sessions, no swimming and absolutely no showers. This is the time to kick back, relax and let that tan do its thing!

🤎 DO: Keep Your Skin Hydrated

Once your tan has set and you’ve showered it’s time to bring on the moisture! Keeping your skin hydrated with a good oil-free moisturiser will extend your tan and keep you glowing for longer! PRO TIP: Naked Tan’s Crème de la Crème is a dream for this. Trust me!

🤎 DON’T: Exfoliate After Your Tan

Stay away from the exfoliator for the next 5-7 days. You want to keep your tan looking fresh, scrubbing will only fade that glow faster. Keep your body routine gentle and your tan will last longer.

Hi, I’m Jody 👋🏼 I’m 46 (nearly 47 ☺️), I have 4 beautiful adult children who are my absolute world!

I have a full time job in human services but also have a passion for beauty. I started out 7 years ago spray tanning and have expanded my beauty services to include brows, lash lifts, cosmetic teeth whitening and tooth gems 🤎

My goal is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed so you can enjoy your treatments. One of the things that my clients always mention is that they love the fact that they can find an appointment time that suits them!

I love that I can offer after hours and Saturday appointments to suit those who work full time, study or to accommodate Mum’s who need to tag team with their partner, family or friends so they can enjoy some much deserved ‘me time’. Even if it’s just for one evening every 4 - 6 weeks 🤎

I know lifecan be crazy busy for everyone so I have opened up some extra availability of an evening and on Saturdays and always welcome new clients to lile & co
