Since arriving at the AITC Bailey was on a mission—he only wanted to do carpentry and tried work experience with different employers. Coastal Constructions Qld Pty Ltd contacted the AITC looking for hard working young people. Our Industry Consultant, Camille, visited the team and realised Bailey’s personality and work ethics matched what the company was looking for. Bailey began a work experience block and was offered a school-based apprenticeship in carpentry with the company. Congratulations Bailey and Coastal Constructions Qld.
