Zen and Peace Remedial Massage

On 17 July, our Coastrek Sunshine Coast team, "We Are Going To Make It", will be walking 50km to raise funds for Beyond Blue.

For those who don't know me, I'm Yen from Zen & Peace Remedial Massage.

Many people know me as a massage therapist, but outside the clinic I'm usually running, training, hiking, diving, or chasing my next adventure.

The truth is, staying active, getting outdoors, and being surrounded by good people helps keep me together.

As a massage therapist, I also see every day how stress can affect people physically and mentally.

That's why supporting Beyond Blue is important to me.

One of the best parts of this journey has been the friendships we've built through Run & Rump, local gyms, and our wider Rockhampton community. These women are some of my emotional support humans, and I hope they know I am theirs too. ❤️

Local remedial massage therapist based in Park Avenue, Rockhampton. I’ve been calling Rocky home for 16 years.

If your body’s been feeling tight, sore, or just not moving the way it should, you’re not alone.

At Zen & Peace Remedial Massage, every session is tailored to you. No rush, no cookie cutter treatments. Just professional, respectful care in a calm space.

I offer remedial massage, cupping, relaxation, and Chinese scraping (gua sha).

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me lifting, doing functional training, or running with the local run club. I understand how muscles actually feel when they’re overworked, stiff, or fatigued, and what helps them recover properly.

I’ve recently had a few spots open up and would love to welcome some new clients.
