As our holiday nears an end Brady wanted to share his experiences

Today in Bali is the day before Nyepi Day. It’s a national day of quiet, nobody works, no technology, no tv or even lights. It’s a national day of quiet reflection.
There has been festivities leading up to this day but none greater than the night before.
Tonight really highlighted the difference in our cultures. There were men in scary masks and huge moving statues just as scary. Aussie kids wouldn’t sleep for weeks after seeing this but to the Balinese it’s a beautiful night.
Anyway I’m respecting their culture and tomorrow during Nyepi I’ll be having a good hard look at myself in the mirror and work out if I’m in my perfect world. For me it will be focused on health and work balance. Wish we had a similar day in Australia

Sandy and I just want to relax these holidays but Brady is full of energy. Thinks he is so smart surfing until I told him a real surfer only uses 2 legs

The main theme I took away from this week was the number of people telling me “THIS YEAR IM GOING TO LOOK AFTER ME”.
Excellent idea!! It doesn’t have to be NYE to make a resolution, make a regular massage habit

As most of you know I’ve always been an advocate in providing the best massage for the most affordable price and as a result I have not raised my prices for the last few years mainly so I could combat the struggles of the cost off living that everyone is experiencing.
Unfortunately the time has come where I need to have a modest increase in my fees to meet the same cost of living for myself.
From February 1st prices will increase $5 per half hour

90 mins $150
