Lashified Ballarat

For the past 9 years I've had the honour to welcome many beautiful, magical humans through my door and every moment has been an absolutely wonderful experience.
With our new home almost at completion and the move pending it's with a heavy heart I've decided to close Lashified for a while. (as of the 31st March)

Truth be told the last 2 years have taken a hefty toll (on all of us I'm sure) I have been placed in isolation 8 times due to close contacts (either of myself of my kids) and been forced to close the doors so many times now I've lost count. Honestly It will be nice to close the doors on my terms for once.

To my clients..... My amazing, wonderful, up for any thing (how many times would your apt start and I would say oh I've just got some new lashes/glue/pads whatever and y'all would be like YES DO IT!) I can't thank you enough. I love that you had a safe, relaxing, comfortable space to let go of the your day.
I loved hearing of your families and I loved that I was able to watch them grow through your stories. I loved that you have been able to watch my family grow and often see a little Parker head pop around the corner as you were leaving. You all are what makes my job not a job but a passion and I truly love it. I can't wait to catch up with you all once I reopen.

I don't truly feel this is a forever thing, just a "for-now" thing.

Well last client for the year is now all lashed up and woowzers they were a talker, telling me all about who's on the nice and more importantly who's on the naughty list!

Lashified is now closed for 2021 and wow what a year!
From the bottom of my heart I wish to thank my beautiful clients. You all kept me alight, laughing and smiling. Honestly you are all amazing, positive humans who I look forward to seeing at each and every appointment.

Have a wonderful Christmas and the most joy filled New Years. May 2022 bring us a year of fresh beginnings, new opportunities and if the stars align just right maybe a house move for us!

Now that cute little cotton ball is to soften you up as a mention that Lashified will be closed until the 2nd of November.

Unfortunately I was informed last night that Fletch's school has had a positive covid case and Fletch has been identified as a primary close contact. Meaning he needs to test, isolate for 14 days (from exposure date from Tuesday 19th) and home school. (Pray for me!)
Fletch is completely fine, has no symptoms and is stoked to be returning to his pantless life style.

I've been in contact with everyone who has an appointment booked during this period and as soon as i know we are in the all clear I will contact you to reschedule.

I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. This is the world we live in and doing what's good for all can be tough but it's the right thing to do. 😘

To be honest I really just wanted to post "Show me your ticks" but it seemed a tad inappropriate so I thought I'd add the official lingo too...

In accordance with the Victoria government covid 19 guidelines and regulations, From the 22nd October 2021 all clients who attend a beauty/self care services must be fully vaccinated and able to provide evidence using their vaccination passport.

On a personal note, this isn't an anti-vaxer stance. Get vaxed, don't get vaxed, you do you! However it is the state law and comes with hefty fines and consequences I'm not in a position or have the desire to shoulder.

So when you arrive at Lashified please scan in as normal then show me your ticks..... Now as you know I'm always happy to show you my ticks if you would like.

Lashified is again open! If I haven't been in contact with you and you've missed an appointment in the lockdown 6, 7 or 8 please message or call so I can get you into your very own special spot.
At this stage I'm not taking new clients, I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Xx

So in line with government covid lockdown guidelines Lashified is again closing until further notice.

Dan has announced that Lockdown for regional Vic will come to an end this Friday.
Lashified will again (again) get to open it's doors, Yay! For clients who have missed appointments I will be in touch super soon.
**Currently appointments are only open to clients who have missed appointments during lockdown. As soon as possible I will be working my way through and contacting clients on my waiting list. I can not apologies enough for not being able to be in contact sooner **

On a personal note, I just want to say I'm so insanely lucky to have such magnificent clients. I truly appreciate you all and look forward to each and every appointment.
I hope you are all coping with lockdown 6 okay. Remember to take a moment for yourself daily. It's okay to feel what you feel, especially in these crazy uncertain times.
