Little update ✨

I realised I only done a video update on my stories and not everyone may have seen it.

This year, life has sent me signs to slow down. Not just for myself but my clients also. I’ve been learning to let go of the pressure to ‘do it all’ & ‘offering everything and expand’ I realised those aren’t the goals that I want. That’s not the environment I want to treat you all in.

Sculpt definitely isn’t going anywhere. If anything this season has taught me to let go and be present. This has allowed for you to all do the same when you’re coming in for appointments. This has given me time to clarify my treatment menu and create an experience that helps you reset your nervous system.

Whilst some treatments are no longer available or put on pause - I am more than happy to send recommendations of other incredible businesses in town where you can receive these services.
