It’s the start of our busiest week of the year which means I would like to give a friendly reminder of a few policies to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible this week.

- we are FULLY BOOKED. We have absolutely no more appts available. If you cancel, the likelihood of rescheduling before Christmas is very slim.

• If you need to cancel, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not show or give proper notice your deposit will be forfeit. Please give as much notice as possible, we have a cancellation list with many clients desperate for an appt before Xmas, giving correct notice means we have enough time to book someone else in

• if you have not paid a deposit, your appt will be cancelled. We cannot afford any no shows/late cancellations. So if you have not yet paid your deposit please do so ASAP to secure your appt or it will be offered to someone else

• Please arrive on time. We are running back to back all week. If you are late we will do our very best in the time remaining but unfortunately cannot run overtime.

• Remain in your car until text to come in

• No plus ones or children allowed at your appts. Please come alone

• Check in/ show your certificate upon arrival and use the hand sanitizer provided

• Please come with clean lashes and no eye makeup on. This one is super important as we do not have time to cleanse your lashes. If you have dirty lashes the glue will not stick properly and you will have poor retention.

•Please do not come in if you are unwell, have been unwell or have been around anyone who is unwell.
With covid and gastro cases at an all time high, we want to be extremely careful.

We really do not want our staff or clients becoming unwell right before Christmas. We all have family that we have not seen in a very long time and want to ensure that everyone will be able to see them.

If you have been to an exposure site, around someone who is unwell or are not feeling well yourself, please be respectful and cancel your appt.
If you have a home test it would be even more so appreciated if you could take the test prior to your appt to ensure you are in the clear.

We have so many beautiful clients to get through this week and if one person comes in unwell unfortunately everyone will miss out on not only their appts but Christmas with their loved ones which would be so upsetting.

Hi everyone! Exciting news about getting our reopening date.

We will begin to contact everyone in the coming days to rebook appts.

Please be patient as we have over 120 people on the wait list to get through.

If you would like an appt when we reopen please ensure your name is down on the waitlist below. Even if you had an appt previously cancelled please still put your name down. We will contact all return clients first as priority and then all mew clients after that.

If you had deposit/s down from previous appts they will be credited to your first full set appt.

Please be kind and patient, it’s been a long time since we have been open so we may take a little while to get back into the swing of things. We have a lot of cleaning, rebooking and prepping to do before we open.

We are so excited to finally show you what we have been working on in the salon..

Prior to lockdown our brow queen was slaying so many brows and was so in demand that we decided to make a designated brow parlor for all the magic to take place in.

Brows are in such high demand & we know how important they are so we want to create a space that ensures all our clients have an amazing experience when they step inside the KG Brow parlor.

Further to this announcement we also have a new service that we have added to the menu. Introducing BRONSUN brows!

Bronsun is the first brow gel that has a henna effect. These highly pigmented dyes are formulated to give a more intense and graphic result that lasts 7 days on skin and up to 7 weeks on hair. With the 7 colour options we can mix and create the perfect match for each individual.

To all our beautiful clients - I just wanted to touch base after the roadmap was released. We are currently not booking any appointments until we have more information and are given the go ahead to reopen.

As you can understand we have a huge task ahead of us to book everyone in and from the many past experiences, it is a time consuming task. This task will be even tougher due to the new capacity limits of 5 people. This means we won’t be able to accommodate everyone as fast as usual. It will be a slow process but we will do our very best to get you in ASAP, your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated.

To make our life a little easier, we have opened a waitlist. We ask that all clients wanting to book an appt when we reopen, please add your name to this list. We will then contact you once we have the go ahead to open.

Any return clients who have deposit/s on file, they will be credited to your initial full set appt and you will also have priority booking in.

All new clients will be contacted once our return clients have been booked in.
