As some of you may already know, I have been learning massage and other relaxation therapies for a number of years. I enjoy helping others heal through complimentary therapies and have discovered a passion for holistic healing all round.

I have begun studying foot Reflexology and recently attended a workshop which allows me to share with you a half hour treatment focusing on the neck, shoulders and spine.

I am working at building my confidence in this area while I continue my learning and so I will initially be offering this treatment at a discounted rate.

Reflexology involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. It is based on the belief that these areas correspond to different organs and systems in the body, and that applying pressure to them can promote healing, reduce tension, and improve overall wellbeing. Reflexology is often used as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments, and may be helpful in managing conditions such as stress, anxiety, pain, and digestive disorders. Many people find it to be a relaxing and enjoyable form of therapy.

This is a relaxing and rejuvenating 30-minute treatment focused on the neck, shoulders and spine. It can be a stand-alone treatment for the training price of $35, or an addition to full body massage or Reiki.
