Are you Drinking enough Water?

The amount of water someone should be drinking varies from person to person. It depends on a number of factors such as, your metabolism, the temperature, what you eat and your age.
The general rule is
Males need about 10 cups of fluid and Females need about 8 cup of fluid
extra cup if pregnant of breast feeding.
1 cup = 250mls

You can tell if you are hydrated enough by the colour of you urine. This should be a pale yellow or straw colour. Just keep in mind that some medications and vitamins can change the colour.
