Message from Brad (Laura’s Partner)

It is with a broken heart and deep sadness that I post to inform you that our beautiful Laura Maree Clanchy grew her wings on the 17th July to join and hold our baby Boy Finn which grew his wings on June 23rd.

The fight Laura and Finn endured was due to complications with Influenza A and Pneumonia which ultimately resulted in Baby Finn giving his life up at 32 weeks gestation so his amazing mumma could have the best possible chance of surviving her own. Although as odds continued to stack up and all that could have went wrong, did, Laura continued the fight with courage and pure strength that I am in total awe by.

I would like to send my gratitude and appreciation to everyone near and far that made Laura’s life amazing, who have reached out, donated, shown love and support and been there for our entire family throughout this heartbreaking and painful time.

To all of Laura’s beautiful and loyal clients/friends/family, thank you for making my baby’s dreams come true with ELK Aesthetics and I hope we all continue to make her happy, proud and loved as Laura and Finn fly high above us.

Firstly I would like to apologise to everyone that was booked in for treatment and wasn’t able to see the story I posted stating that I would be cancelling all appointments. Understandably there is plenty of questions and also some frustrations which I’m sorry about.

Unfortunately we have been struck with a serious forever changing family emergency that once more light is shed, you will understand more of how serious our situation is.
In the meantime, I ask that you please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers while sending your strength to Laura 🙏🏼

I work closely with my clients to ensure they are ready for the journey of dissolving and refilling. My approach is always gentle and with patience, coming to terms with needing to dissolve can sometimes be difficult but I promise to be there for you every step of the way 🤍💋
