I have a confession.

When I first trained in Kahuna last year, I had no idea what I was actually walking into.

I said yes to it because it felt like one of those things that was meant to happen. It started two days after I arrived on the coast. It was only an hour away. My best friend was going to be there.

But if I'm really honest, it felt like a stepping stone.

A way my business could support my real work - women's menstrual and hormonal health. A way to still serve and work for myself while I built toward the "bigger" goal.

I did not expect it to change me.

To be so profound and healing. To call forward a different kind of magic I had been desperately wanting to share all along.

It's called Ka Huna. Master of the secret. I said yes to a stepping stone. Turns out I was saying yes to one of the great honours of this life.

I finished level 3 last week and while I may still be landing, the sessions since have been some of the most beautiful ive ever held.

They are going deeper. The release is more powerful, the rawness carrying overwhelming beauty, the messages clearer and there has been many tears, mine included.

A true transmission of love.

I dont take full credit for the work that happens in my sessions. The women who walk through my door are open, brave, ready.

Together, with the foundational magic of Kahuna, we breathe. We dance. We shift. We shed.

I am so grateful for every single person who has said yes to a session with me. For walking this with me. For supporting a business that makes my dreams come true every day.

And I know this is just the beginning.

Pregnancy asks so much of a woman and nothing stops just because she started growing a little life inside of her.

In between the noise, to-do lists and the demand of every day life she is also in the biggest transition of her life.

She is becoming someone she has never been before. Not the version she was and not quite the version that is becoming.

That is not a small thing. That deserves to be honoured.

Pregnancy moves like the seasons of nature. Each trimester holds its own energy, its own weight, its own way of asking things of her body and her heart.

This was created to meet her in her season, in her body, in the version of self she is in that moment.

Two hours. Slow. Ceremonial. Body & Energy Work in a soace that has been prepared entirely for her.

Growing life is sacred work. And the woman doing it deserves to be nourished deeply while she does.

✨Private First Moon Circles ✨
For ages 9 +

There’s a moment in a young girl’s life when everything begins to shift.

Her body starts speaking a new language. Emotions feel bigger. Questions begin to rise.

For many families, this transition arrives with very little guidance, few meaningful conversations and no real ceremony to honour the significance of it all.

First Moon Circles are created for this rite of passage.

A beautiful gathering for mothers and daughters to come together, learn about the menstrual cycle, ask questions, share wisdom and celebrate this important time in a way that feels supportive, empowering and memorable.

These circles mix age appropriate education with connection, giving girls language for what they’re experiencing, and giving mothers a way to feel steady, informed, and present as they walk beside them.

🌙Held as a private experience for one family or up to five mothers and daughters.

📍Available in your home, a venue of your choice, or my space in Doonan.
