I’m genuinely being honest when I say the most rewarding part for me, owning a salon is watching your juniors go from nervous to eager, making mistakes to growing through them, wanting to be the best on day one hehe to quickly learning you have to earn & grow to get there. Most importantly going from washing hair to creating hair like this 😍🤩

I mean when I say it, we invest HEAVILY into our apprentices, every single one. The money we make goes back into our team, to give them the skills they need to become their own superstar. It’d be much easier (don’t get me wrong) doing it the other way. Except this is what is BUILT on. This is why we have had at least 30+ job applications this year alone 🥹😱
