It is with a heavy heart that I announce I will no longer be offering hair and makeup services.
This week, I have experienced a significant loss of someone who meant so much to me. This has made me reevaluate what is important in my life, and I have made the decision that I need to focus on my self care and my family above all else.
Last week, I finished my bachelor of social work degree, and I am committed to continuing to work with vulnerable children and families. As this is a full-time job, I need to free my weekends up so I don't completely burn out.
Being a makeup artist these last 10+ years has been a dream come true, and getting to meet so many incredible women and share so many laughs with you has been the most incredible experience. But all good things must come to an end. Perhaps I'll come back one day, who knows, but for now, I wish all my wonderful clients and fellow artists much love, light, and happiness. And remember to always hold your loved ones tight and tell them you love them, because you really never know when it will be the last time 😔❤️

I know I haven't shared much of my work lately, but I'm still in business 🤣
Due to my decision to cut back on bookings so I can concentrate on other things, I just haven't been on this side of social media much.
But I still very much love doing hair and makeup, and I'll continue to offer clients expert and professional services, just at a limited booking capacity.

Wednesday's bride is full of grace....choosing warm bronze tones and a very n**e lip (she never wears lipstick). This bride preferred her brows to be dark and structured, and what the bride wants the bride gets 💖 lipstick is in shade rosewood, which is the perfect your lips but better shade.
Hair was loose, tousled waves pinned back on one side.
It was a very hot day, so I used CC foundation in the matte formula (she has oily skin) as it is super full coverage but very light on the skin so won't look cakey later in the day. Finished everything off with a body louminizer across her chest for that sun-kissed glow ✨️

Worth the 1.5 hrs it took. Started with long (hip length) dry frizzy hair...ended with this gorgeous smooth romantic updo.
