Hi everyone. I got back from my 2nd trip to Bali a week ago. It was amazing! I am planning a Nervous System & Emotional Healing Retreat in Ubud, Bali. It will be soul nourishing, deeply rejuvenating and teach you life long and transformative skills for working with your nervous system and emotions.

6 nights / 7 days away in a retreat centre we will have all to ourselves in Penestanan, an area in Ubud with amazing restaurants and beautiful ricefields... It is far enough away from central Ubud that we have peace and serenity, but still close enough that you can walk there.

If I have a few people interested I will run it in October or November this year and I am keen to know what dates suit you better. I am looking at it being women only this time, as there is something magickal about women gathering together in true sisterhood to support each other.

We will connect, release and heal together. And there will be a Bali fire ceremony and water purification ceremony included, breathwork, yoga, massage and much more!

Bali has entered my heart and I'd love for you to experience this too. This will be a reset for your mind, body and soul.
