Think of this as us protecting the space, the schedule, and the energy we pour into every single appointment.

Moving forward:
– A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings
– A new appointment reminder system is now in place (email + SMS)
– A 48 hour notice period is required for any changes
– No-shows or late cancellations will incur a 100% appointment fee

We’ve also streamlined communication
All appointment changes + enquiries must now be made via our salon phone number (call or text).

1.What do love most about being a hairstylist?
- I love being in a creative environment where I can watch and learn from amazing stylists every day. It’s amazing to be part of an industry that’s all about helping people feel their best.

2.What’s your signature hair specialty?
- I am at the very beginning of my career so right now I’m focused on learning the basics.

3.What made you want to join BW hair studios?
- The vibe! Everyone here is so talented and supportive. BW has such a strong focus on growth, and I knew it would be the perfect environment to start my career.

4.How would you describe your vibe behind the chair in three words?
- Friendly, positive, and eager to learn

5.What’s your go to product you can’t live without?
- heat protectant spray

6.What’s your favourite part about a hair transformation?
- I love watching the stylists bring a client’s vision to life and seeing how much a change in hair can boost confidence.

7.Where do you see yourself growing in the next few years?
-I see myself learning as much as I can from the amazing stylists around me and becoming a confident, skilled stylist.

-I’m a mum to an energetic 4 year old boy
