At Tonika Health we are fully invested in your wellbeing 🌱. We’re here to support your health journey with the evidence-based practice of acupuncture, cupping, massage, moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine. As well as compassionate & individualised care in our lush (!!) healing sanctuary in Surry Hills.
Guasha is widely known for its beauty & sculpting qualities but it was originally a bodywork tool in TCM.
Here Allanah demonstrates Guasha to relieve neck tension or illness recovery.
Please note that in this video Allanah herself is recovering from illness, hence the vividness of the colouring — normally it won’t look this acute but it does demonstrate how effective this technique can be in promoting circulation & recovery.
