I’d be Fitness Barbie.
I’d rock my chic gym clothes, my hair flowing effortlessly, tripod in one hand, dumbbells in the other, and a can of pure sparkle energy by my side.
My motto? Happy, Healthy, and Divine.
Because energy isn’t something you drink🫙it’s something you radiate.

Just wrapped up another amazing Pilates class, and I’m feeling so grateful for the opportunity to teach and connect with my incredible community. 💖
Every session reminds me how much I truly love what I do ✨helping others build strength, flexibility, and confidence. 🙌
Also had a great chat with a client today about how important weight training is to complement our Pilates work. It’s all about finding that perfect balance!

High Cholesterol ≠ High Risk
(Not always.)

Had a deep convo with a client today.
He’s eating clean, avoids saturated fats, has normal triglycerides — but still stressed about “high” cholesterol.

Here’s what I told him:

Cholesterol isn’t the villain.
Your body needs it to make hormones, repair cells, and fuel your brain.
It’s essential — not evil.

High cholesterol by itself?
Not always dangerous.
Especially when:
✓ Inflammation is low
✓ Triglycerides are normal
✓ HDL is strong
✓ You’re metabolically healthy

And statins?
Not always the answer.
They can come with side effects — and may not help if your real risk is low.

So let’s stop treating a number like a diagnosis.
Let’s look at the full picture: lifestyle, labs, risk, and YOU.

Don’t settle for:

🚫 Constant pressure & stress
🚫 Negative emotions that weigh you down. 🚫Micromanagement

You are an incredible human being who deserves to thrive in a space that fuels your passion and supports your well-being. 💖

Stepping out of my comfort zone this year reminded me that there are countless opportunities waiting for us. When you work with passion and love what you do, life becomes brighter, healthier, and truly divine.
