Then we all get back to doing what we do best. The foils start flying, the colour bowls come out, the laughs get louder, and another guest walks out feeling incredible.

The truth is, the best teams aren’t made up of people all the same age—they’re made up of people who lift each other up. The young guns keep us inspired, experience keeps us grounded, and together we create some pretty bloody beautiful hair.

Turns out everyone deserves a seat at the table… and ours is a pretty special one. 🤍
