💆🏼‍♀️ Hit the reset button with a hydrating, refreshing facial like my Deep Cleansing Facial or O-Biome Oxygen Therapy treatment
 
💧 Emphasise hydration, both internally and externally, after sun, pool, or sea exposure
 
🫧 Moisturizing right after showering helps trap some of the water in your skin, keeping it hydrated. Avoid some ingredients in your bodywash, like synthetics perfumes, dyes, and harsh soaps like sodium lauryl sulphate as they may dry out your skin

🫧 Opt for a gentle cleanser. As a rule of thumb, if your skin feels tight after washing, it’s likely that the cleanser you are using has disrupted your skin barrier.

Everyone should use a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays and has at least SPF 30 protection.

You may not know this, but I started my business just before the pandemic hit, in a small beauty room. Throughout that challenging period, I tried to remain positive and resilient but like many of us, some days were much harder than others.
