After carefully assessing the condition and colour history, I created a customised plan using controlled lightening, strategic balayage placement, seamless root melting and personalised toning to achieve this soft ash-beige finish.

This client came to me with a challenging colour history, including previous box dyes and unwanted dark, warm tones. When hair has been coloured multiple times, achieving a cleaner, brighter and cooler result requires much more than simply lightening the hair.
From the very beginning, my priority was clear: transform the colour without compromising the integrity and condition of the hair.

This appointment began long before the first foil was placed.
My client came to me following a previous colour experience that had left her disappointed. She was very clear about her vision: she wanted to move away from warmth, brassiness, orange and red tones, and towards something cooler, softer and more refined.
But correcting colour is not simply a matter of making hair lighter.
It requires understanding what is already in the hair, what needs to be removed or neutralised, what needs to remain, and how every new tone will live alongside the client’s natural colour.
Following a detailed consultation and careful assessment of her colour history, I designed a bespoke correction plan combining Colour Correction with my Signature Balayage Technique.
The intention was very specific:
To soften the existing warmth while preserving dimension.
To create brightness without making the colour appear flat or over-processed.
And to integrate her natural grey into the overall design, rather than treating it as something that needed to be hidden.
