cancelled within a 48hr window. if you cancel more then 1 appointment inside the cancellation window you will be required to pay the full appointment amount plus 50% of the following. lash loss& fix ups
we take no reasonable to poor care of lashes this includes but not limited to incorrect skincare products that are not purchased from our range. if a large amount of lashes are lost and is deemed uncertain a 5 day guaranteed is offered you must visit within the given time for us to retain the fix up. if you are unable to attend in the time frame given we can nor deem it was our fault and you won't be able to claim the fix up. as refunds are not given the client has 5 days to retain the fix up. please note we accept cash, direct deposit and eftpos through zeller which encounters a small fee. Refunds
we do not offer any refunds on goods or services. if you are unhappy with the service you must say at the appointment not once you have left salon and had a change of mind. we are more then happy to rectify any issues or concerns but it's difficult once you have left it a couple of days. Aftercare to your service
a full after-care will be explained at your appointment. we can not guarantee products purchased outside will not damage your service. if you have any questions inregards to products we are happy to assist.
