Update.
Firstly I’m so sorry for the inconvenience to all my clients who I have had to cancel. But thank you for being so understanding and kind. I’m so sorry if I have missed returning a call or message but the last couple of days I have been on a lot of pain relief and all over the show. Sunday night I had an accident in my gym and did a pretty bad injury to my hand. I have had surgery and the next couple of weeks I’ll know more when I am returning after seeing the fracture clinic . Until then I can’t really update a time. It will depend if my finger heals and doesn’t need more surgery. I’m praying it doesn’t because it has been like a pain I have never experienced before. But onwards and upwards. Doctors think because I’m healthy, it has a good chance of recovering with rest and doing as I’m told. It could always be worse and I definitely don’t take my health for granted. I will keep you all updated. I miss working already 😢

Yesterday we celebrated Mum’s life. Tomorrow I move forward and try and navigate our new normal. Please be patient with me as I try reschedule appointments , work and give our boys the extra love they need at this moment.
The beautiful support and messages I have received from clients has been so touching and beautiful. I appreciate you all. 🩷💙💙

Sadly my Mum passed away last night. I need to take some time off and will contact this weeks clients soon. Thank you for understanding

Been a big week back into it, after a month of storms, sickness and festive celebrations.
