🚀 You’ve heard all the hype about ‘Medical Grade’ LED Light Therapy, but did you know that if LED light therapy is too strong, it can actually harm the skin by causing oxidative stress, leading to premature aging, inflammation, and skin damage. We LOVE dry brushing! 💫
Try dry brushing at home pre shower.. Dry brushing has been found to unclogs pores in the exfoliation process. It also helps detoxify your skin by increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph flow and drainage. 💧Should I drink water in the Infrared Sauna?
Yes, absolutely! The best way to ensure you’re staying hydrated whilst in the Calmè Infrared Sauna is to drink water. When you’re in the Infrared Sauna your core body temperature rises and your body begins to sweat, to assist in cooling the body down. Therefore, it’s important the fluids lost as sweat, are replaced, to prevent dehydration.
💧 How much water should I drink during my Calmé infrared sauna sesison?
Ideally, you should drink at least one glass of water before starting your Calmé Infrared Sauna session, at least one glass of water during your Infrared Sauna session and at least one glass after you finish your Calmé Infrared Sauna session.
