I almost didn’t post this photo.

This moment was taken at an event that honestly didn’t go the way I planned.
Things didn’t flow how I imagined and afterwards I questioned myself.

But when I look at it now, I see something different.

I see a woman who still showed up.

Five years ago I started Alma Beauty with a dream in my heart.
A year later I launched Almaskincare.

But what people don’t always see behind dreams and businesses is the fear that comes with them.

The self doubt.
The questions.
The nights wondering if we are capable enough.

At the time I was also a mum with a young daughter asking myself…

How am I going to do this?
Will it work?

The truth is I didn’t always have the answers.

But I kept going.

Even with fear.
Even with doubt.
Even when things didn’t go to plan.

And through this journey I have learned something powerful about women.

We are stronger than we realise.

We carry dreams while carrying families.
We build while we nurture.
We cry, we laugh, we heal and somehow we keep going.

Today Alma has become more than a business to me.

It is a space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves and remember how incredible they truly are.

So this is my letter to you.

Dream big.
Build the life you want.
Create success.
Have a family if that is your path.
Rest when you need to.
Say no when it is necessary.
Say yes when your heart knows.

You do not have to be perfect.

You just have to keep showing up.

Because when a woman believes in herself even just a little she can create something extraordinary.
