It’s hard to believe we’re celebrating 25 years—it all started with a dream.

We always believed that with hard work and focus, we could build something truly special. We saw what was possible, but never imagined the places it would take us or the incredible people we’d meet along the way.

It began over coffee with Samuel, Valerio and Emiliano, asking “What are we going to build?” Those early conversations laid the foundation for a space built on family values, creativity, and genuine care—a vision that has guided us ever since.

Then Lisa joined, bringing energy and unmatched creative curiosity. Together, .esalonhair and .esalonhair forged a partnership that pushed creative boundaries and defined é SALON with one shared vision.

As a team, we’ve built a reputation around the world for dynamic stage work and innovative ideas—sharing knowledge, inspiring peers, and proudly showcasing Australian hairdressing on the global stage.

This journey has taken é SALON to every corner of the globe: London’s Royal Albert Hall, Moscow’s Kremlin Palace, Brazil, New York, Paris, Italy, Korea, Japan, Taipei, New Zealand, Spain, India, and all around Australia. Sharing stages with the world’s most iconic hairdressers. Working alongside people we once only dreamed of—and now call friends. 🌍
