I’m often insecure and terrified to express my self. Not because I’m wrong but because I’ve known such severe rejection, abandonment, neglect, and abuse. I still try, when I’m ready, to speak on “the thing”. In doing so i have called in a different caliber of human being into my life. In speaking my truth, setting boundaries, and expressing my feelings i have also repelled those that are no longer “like hearted” and of similar consciousness. I mean that’s magnetic. The heart has an electromagnetic field. So, expressing yourself from your heart space enhances and supports this field. We can talk more about frequency and vibration, calling in experiences into your awareness, light supremacy, and saying “that’s not my vibe” when i fact if it is in your awareness it is of the same vibration. But for now, remember that you are alive because your experience is a necessity to this vast universe of creation. Sending you love 🌈🙏🏼💚✨

Good morning folks. Happy Wednesday. Can I just say how much I appreciate my salon family…. I don’t know how everyone has been traveling( and when we catch up… we “catch up” lol)
You have your “flat” days ( despite all the “colour” and gratitude for life, love and the “universe “)….. so I wanna thank “Miss T” for being the start to my day today …. A laugh, a tear and definitely more laughter … authentic conversations, and vulnerability are not everyone’s cup of tea… BUT here’s the T… we are all humans, hopes, dreams and the light and the shade of it all…. I’m grateful that when I sometimes find myself in the shade that I am blessed with people who bring the light…. ( and the days when I AM the light….. You’re welcome 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂) have a great day
